Appointment Terms & Conditions

Appointment Policy

All consultations and treatments at Re:Chiro Singapore are strictly by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in patients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Patients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice, or repeatedly make last-minute cancellations, may have limited future booking availability. Re:Chiro Singapore reserves the right to decline future appointments at the clinic’s discretion.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. To respect the scheduled appointments of all patients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and rescheduling may be required.

Treatment Disclaimer

All treatments and recommendations are provided based on individual assessment and clinical judgement. Treatment outcomes and recovery rates may vary depending on the individual’s condition, response to care, and compliance with recommendations provided.

Clinic Rights

Re:Chiro Singapore reserves the right to amend clinic policies, appointment schedules, treatment durations, and practitioner assignments when necessary to ensure smooth clinic operations and quality patient care.
